Dakota Keller is a costume designer, illustrator, and artist. While earning bachelors degrees in Visual Art and Art History from the University of Washington, Dakota began incorporating sewing and fiber arts techniques into her artwork. Later she returned to school to study Costume Design for Television and Film at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. While costuming for a variety of genres and media, she strives to incorporate art with design, always with an eye on authenticity and the history of her characters.
